Sara,
Thanks so much for all the workouts. I coach a middle school team and they are doing very well with your workouts. I really can't thank you enough.

I am new to the site and love it. Thank you for posting these workouts. Probably a silly ? but what does FAST/easy by segment mean.
"FAST/easy by segment" is telling you to change speeds on each segment of the Suicide. So, swim FAST for the first 15 meters, then turn around as swim easy for the next 15 meters. Then, swim FAST for the 30 meters, turn and swim easy 30 meters. Finally, swim a fast 50 meters, followed by an easy 50 meters. Happy Swimming:)
Our beautiful facility nestled among the hills of Clermont.
WELCOME
Welcome to the National Training Center Masters Swimming Workout Blog. We invite you to come join us in the pool every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning between 6:00am and 7:30amor on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:00. The Masters+ strength session is in the Group Fitness room Tuesday mornings 6:00-7:00am. We are located in the hilly city of Clermont, Florida...just north-west of Orlando. Practice is held year-round in the beautiful 50 meter x 25 yard, outdoor pool. The training sessions are designed for a wide range of swimming abilities and the workouts will be posted here. Mondays have a 'distance' focus, Wednesdays are for 'speed', and Fridays are the 'technique' days.
